Partnership objectives

To increase advancement of women at Adobe, retain high-potential talent and work more collaboratively with APAC offices.

The solution

A 18-month partnership for +120 current and future emerging female leaders across Adobe APAC (Australia, Japan and China), equipping them with the requisite skills to accelerate their career in tech through TDC Global’s Emerging Leaders Program.

TDC’s Emerging Leaders Program consists of:

  • A full 2-day virtual training, including pre and post-support, manager engagement
  • Relevant assignments following the training to reinforce key concepts, continued learning and scaling
