Emerging Leaders Program
We deliver in-depth content modules under our three core pillars: Leadership, Innovation & Wellbeing
The content is customised to inspire and engage, driving action and accountability for every woman that goes through our program and ensuring they have a plan to immediately put into practice the skills learnt and developed over the 3 days or 3 months – depending on the program format that you select.
The final day ends with our unique Dinner with a mentor event – a chance for our cohort to dine with a carefully selected female business leader in a relaxed and informal setting.
Once you have completed the emerging leaders program you are part of the TDC Global community where there will be further opportunities to attend VIP events, engage in evening masterclasses & connect with your cohort on social media and in person.
Congratulations on supporting the development of our future leaders:
- What are your D&I and business goals
- Do you have hi-potential female talent already identified, or a process for this
- Contact us
First of all, congratulations on being a driven self-starter with audacious goals!
- When considering self-nomination for our programs, we suggest considering the following:
Will your company support your journey, not just financially (e.g. enrolment) but also providing structures for you to 1) attend and engage, and 2) implement learnings and grow within the company? - We would be happy to help speak to your HR team with you to support your case for getting involved or to provide tips on how to have the conversation yourself.
We recommend considering:
- Aspiration
- Potential
- Performance
We provide individual and group enrolment rates (for organisations nominating 5 or more talent)

We do not “fix” women but rather empower and equip women with the skills and confidence to lead, and address systemic barriers and biases in the workplace (or internally) which may impact their success.
Our open Emerging Leaders Programs and Bootcamps are for women, however, we can scope out a bespoke internal program or executive leadership team training for a mixed audience.
We empower the women in our programs to pay forward their learning by running Think Tanks and sessions at their companies, to mixed audiences.
The content of our leadership programs is not gender-specific.
Due to the gender gap in leadership, we are absolutely committed to providing a forum specifically for women to focus on their leadership development.
