Overview
Inclusive leadership is a must-have for high-performing teams, attracting and retaining top talent, and reaping the benefits of diversity at all levels. Inclusivity happens (or doesn’t happen) every day across all business units, but it’s not easy to know at a glance whether your organisation is getting it right. Combating unconscious biases takes conscious effort.
“Inclusive leaders create successful organisations in today’s complex diverse global environment. They improve performance, productivity and innovation.”
– Diversity Council of Australia
TDC Global has designed the Inclusive Leadership Program to maximise on-the-ground actionable impact, engaging participants to share best-practice learnings and grow understanding, empathy and capabilities.
Who it’s for
- Businesses looking to embed inclusive leadership across all business units, equipping leaders with the tools and knowledge to foster environments where a diverse range of employee perspectives are valued
Business Impact
The business case for inclusive leadership is clear, and organisations that get inclusion right can reap rewards of a more cohesive and engaged team, and a competitive edge. Inclusive leadership has evolved from a ‘nice to have’ to a definitive capability separating high performing teams and companies from the average.
Program Experience
Inclusive Leadership extends beyond employee training. How inclusive is your culture, your leaders and your structures? The Inclusive Leadership Program assesses potential barriers and opportunities in a three-phased, holistic way, to maximise on-the-ground buy-in, practical uptake and effectiveness.
