Referral Program Terms & Conditions

• Each successful referral is rewarded with one complimentary enrolment to The Dream Collective’s digital Emerging Leaders Program.
• The engagement value with referred organisation must be a minimum of $20k AUD.
• Not applicable if The Dream Collective is already in conversation with the referred organisation.
• The engagement must take place within 6 months of being referred to qualify for the reward.
• May refer multiple organisations to access multiple complimentary places.
• It is possible to access the referral incentive as part of a group discount.
• Placements in the Emerging Leaders Program are subject to availability and it is not guaranteed that the complimentary placement will be in the next upcoming program.
• Complimentary enrolment must be redeemed within 1 year from the date of notification regarding the reward.
• The nominated individual for the Emerging Leaders Program must be suitable and fit The Dream Collective’s emerging leader criteria.
